Mother-Daughter Brunch
Mother-Daughter Brunch is a heartfelt celebration honoring the gift of motherhood. This exclusive, women-only event features a fashion show, a delightful meal, a guest speaker, and presentations by our Hope Center female students. It serves as an intimate occasion for daughters to express gratitude to their mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures for their unwavering love, dedication, and hard work. Whether celebrating those who are present, remembering those we've lost, or honoring the many roles of motherhood, we salute and cherish all mothers.
The Hope Awards marks the conclusion of our programs year, where we celebrate the achievements of our students. During this event, children and youth are recognized for their hard work and dedication, receiving certificates and accolades for their participation and accomplishments in our programs.
The Hope Center Grad Party celebrates our students and alumni who have graduated from college, technical school, or high school. This event honors the hard work and achievements of our graduates, bringing together family, friends, and the community to celebrate their accomplishments. Graduates are awarded scholarships and monetary gifts in recognition of their dedication and success.
Hope Fall Fest offers an exciting array of activities, including games, trunks with treats, costume contests, petting zoo, live entertainment, and complimentary food. Our Hope Fall Fest is a time to engage the community and provide a safe place for youth and families to congregate and have a good time, free of charge.
Designed to bring Hope Center students and their families together in a spirit of gratitude and community. Thankliving fosters fellowship, celebrates the Thanksgiving season, and honors those who have made a positive impact in our lives.
Our Hope Center Christmas Party is easily our largest event of the semester. Every Hope Center student receives a Christmas blessing (toy, gift card, etc.). Dinner is served, and each tier of our youth programs presents a Christmas performance.
Celebrating Christ’s love and our love for one another, Valentine Dinner Dance and Celebration brings together individuals and families for an evening of joy, fellowship, and inspiring stories from couples who model godly love and healthy relationships.
Taste of Soul Food is an event that celebrates Black history year-round, honoring the achievements of our ancestors, promoting cultural pride, and raising awareness of the ongoing struggle for racial equality and social justice. Our goal is to inspire future generations to continue the legacy of resilience, progress, and empowerment.
Our Annual Lip Sync Battle is an exciting event that showcases the talents of our students from each of our programs. Students choose a song of their choice and perform it for their peers, families, and the community. This fun-filled event aims to build confidence, promote sportsmanship, and foster teamwork and creativity among our students.
Elevate After Easter Event is a family-friendly program designed to bring the message of Easter to those who may not otherwise celebrate it. The evening features student and guest presentations that honor and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Our annual Juneteenth Celebration is a commemorative event that honors the history and significance of Juneteenth. Drawing over 800 attendees each year, it features live entertainment, Juneteenth trivia, guest speakers, inflatables, vendors, food trucks, and a petting zoo. It’s a day of reflection, unity, and cultural pride that brings people together to celebrate freedom and heritage.
